There are lots of builders to choose from in the area, but you can't find one better than Marvin Salter Construction. Father and son make an impressive team - they put their own personal time and attention in every home they build and their pride in building your home is obvious everywhere you look. Where would you find a builder who monitors the construction from the planning stage to completion? I was able to come any time any day to check on the progress of my home and either Marvin or Marvin Jr. was always available. They were very helpful in all aspects. If you are looking for a stress free home building experience and a well built home, Marvin Salter Construction is your answer! They build your home like they are building their own, with incredible work ethic, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. When they built our home, we were 500 miles away, yet we felt like we were at the home each day. They provided a personal website with everything from the calendar of work plans, daily/weekly pictures, e-mail updates, and even local weather information. We have been in our new home for five months now, and absolutely love it. Since we are in the military, we will have to relocate in 3 years, and wish we could either bring the house or the Marvin Salter Team with us to build another amazing home!
