Having him is a link to understanding the younger and future generations of homebuyers. Having grown up around the jobsite with his dad, he understands the importance of homeowner and jobsite communication.  As a 12-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force he carries with him three core values: Integrity First, Service before self and Excellence in all we do!

a.) From our initial meeting on, you will stay informed of all construction activity, schedules and post construction activity such as service and warranty work

b.) We build our homes 25 % faster than most builders. Being on the jobsite for the duration of the construction phase allows us to maximize work potential with our professionally skilled subcontractors. Typically a 2,000 sq.ft.  home will take 8-10 weeks to complete. That’s money in your pocket not having to pay interest on a construction loan for unnecessary work stoppages.

d.) With the purchase of your new home, you will receive a one-year builders warranty and a ten-year structural warranty through a third party warranty group. Now, that’s a piece of mind!
