Home Emergencies

We take special precautions when building all homes, but in the unfortunate event that an emergency situation arises, use the following information to help ensure you receive immediate attention. Home emergencies are issues that seriously affect your health, safety or the structural integrity of the home.  If one the following should occur, please call us at the numbers provided at closing.

-          Complete Loss of Heat during with outside temperatures lower than 50 degrees (other than power outages)

-          Electrical system failure or sparking that would cause a safety hazard

-          Plumbing leak that requires main water service to be shut off to the home for an indefinite period of time to avoid damage anywhere in the home

-          Obstructed drain with a complete back up of sewer system

 

If any other emergency situation occurs that requires medical attention please utilize local authorities by dialing 911. Emergency officials are trained and will be dispatched to assist your needs.

Priority Service

Homeowners may request Priority Service when conditions exists but does not adversely affect the health or safety and if repairs are delayed conditions may worsen. If it is determined that your request is priority, commencement of service request will begin on the next business day. Homeowners should take preventative measures to ensure personal belongings and furnishings are not damaged.

-          No hot water

-          Roof or window leak

-          Missing shingles

-          Missing sections of exterior siding

-          Malfunctioning circuit breakers

-          Plumbing leak that does not requires the main water to be shut off for an indefinite period of time to avoid damage anywhere in the home.

-          No Air conditioning service (please remember that during peak summer months, priority is based on homeowners that call first)
