Marvin Salter, Sr. has over 30 years of extensive knowledge in residential building. Knowledge that was passed down from his father, who was also a carpenter. He developed his expertise by taking a hands-on approach to the entire building process. As result, he was able to create a solid reputation through quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

In 2005, with a desire to begin a professional career as a builder, his son Marvin Jr., joined the building industry. Growing up intrigued by construction, Marvin Jr., spent summers on the job site working with his father. The experience gave him the opportunity to learn the craft of quality homebuilding first hand, a trademark that has been passed down for three generations.

Both Marvin Sr. and Jr. are on the job for the entire construction project from start to finish, ensuring your home gets the proper attention it deserves. Typically, the duration of the construction process from start to finish is 10-12 weeks. Our homes are available in a wide selection of styles and floor plans or we will work with you to design a customized plan to match your lifestyle and specifications. Many features and upgrades included as a standard in our homes may cost extra if you request another company to provide them. Our homes typically feature a security system, hardwood and tile floors, handmade custom cabinet’s w/granite countertops and tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, screened-in porches, and coffered ceilings with crown molding throughout the home.
